We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, content creation, social media management, market research, and campaign development. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute creatively to our marketing initiatives.
Introduction to company culture, mission, and marketing objectives. Overview of current marketing campaigns and ongoing projects.
Introduction to team members and roles.
Set up accounts for marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.).
Introduction to social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and management tools like Hootsuite.
Training on content creation for social media (text, visuals, and video).
Schedule posts and monitor performance.
Analyze social media reports (likes, shares, engagement rate).
Training:
In the first week, the student will attend a general employer orientation that introduces them to the company’s mission, values, and culture. Throughout the internship, the student will have weekly scheduled meetings with the CEO. The student will engage in job shadowing throughout the internship, working alongside senior marketing professionals. The intern will be provided with opportunities to contribute to actual marketing projects, resulting in a collection of work samples. At the end of the internship, the intern will complete a final project, where they will develop a small marketing campaign, from research and planning to execution and reporting. This project will showcase the skills they have acquired throughout the internship.

Digital Marketing Skills: Gain practical experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram).
Content Creation and Copywriting: Learn how to create compelling content tailored to different audiences and platforms, including blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
Social Media Management: Understand the intricacies of social media strategy, including post scheduling, engagement metrics, and trend analysis.
Market Research: Learn how to conduct comprehensive market research, including competitor analysis and target audience identification.
