Tasks:

collect data
implement client treatment plan/goals
complete session notes with adequate information to justify provided session
collaborate with direct supervisors on update and modifications to current treatment plans

\n

Training:

\n

General employer orientation training, shadowing of other direct staff/behavior therapist and ongoing weekly supervision from direct supervisors

\n

Learning Outcome:

\n

1. collect data on multiple goals
2. Incorporate both clients and caregivers into treatment plan
3. make socially significant goal suggestions based on client progress, or lack of progress, and collaborate with direct supervisors
