Social Media Marketing Intern
Relli, Inc. (\\RELLI\\) is an up-and-coming FinTech startup that is working to create a marketplace where Retail Investors (US Citizens over 18) can participate in lucrative Commercial Real Estate Investments. This will allow Average Joes to diversify their portfolio into Real Estate with as little as $100!
We are looking for driven, entrepreneurial CSUF students interested in learning what it takes to build a Business Startup from the ground up! Work with our team to learn how to bring your ideas to life in a scalable and profitable way. We are looking for qualified Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, and Communications students passionate about building brands, creating content, managing corporate social media accounts, engaging with audiences, and optimizing social media advertising campaigns.
Working with RELLI as a Social Media Marketing Intern is more than just padding for your resume. Our team will get to see their work come to life during our product launch in the coming months, during which we plan to help thousands of investors participate in real estate for the first time!
Full or Part-Time Employment may be offered at the end of the internship.
Position: Social Media Marketing Intern

Reporting Structure:
The intern will be reporting directly to RELLI’s President.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, graduating in Spring 2026
- Familiarity with editing and graphic design tools for social content creation
- Strong writing skills and an understanding of how copy and visuals complement each other on social media
- Active user of social media platforms like TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram, with a solid understanding of features, layouts, algorithm changes, and formats
- Passion for social media, cultural news, and tech trends
- Comfortable working in a Virtual First environment
Responsibilities
- As a Social Media Intern at RELLI, your responsibilities will span content creation and community management
- You'll be at the forefront of generating fresh and engaging ideas, designing eye-catching visuals, and understanding the nuances of content that resonates effectively on social platforms
- In this role, you will report to the President and be part of RELLI’s Team
- Content creation: Generate creative social content ideas for RELLI’s brand channels and create shareable content in various formats, including gifs, images, or short-form videos, with support from in-house creative resources or agency partners when needed
- Community management: Monitor the health of our social community and identify ways in which RELLI can better engage with or nurture our social followers
- Social Listening and Reporting: Stay informed about social media trends, discussions, and sentiments related to RELLI and the tech industry
- Track mentions of RELLI and contribute to social listening reports as needed
Expectations:
- Minimum of 10 hours of work per week
- Attend required meetings
- Take direction from the President in alignment with the goals of RELLI.

Training:
Students will begin with an orientation to introduce them to RELLI’s brand, mission, values, and work culture. This session will cover company expectations, social media guidelines, and the tools and platforms the intern will use.
Students will have scheduled meetings with the President, offering guidance, feedback, and goal setting. These meetings will ensure that students stay on track with their tasks and allow for real-time adjustments based on progress.
Throughout the internship, students’ work will be evaluated based on metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and content reach. Feedback on these performance metrics will be shared, helping students improve their content strategies and community management skills.
Learning Outcome:
Develop and execute creative social media content across various platforms, including gifs, images, and short-form videos, aligned with RELLI’s brand identity and audience engagement strategies.
Effectively manage and engage with online communities, monitoring interactions and identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships with followers while fostering a positive social media presence.
Utilize social listening tools to track trends, mentions, and sentiments related to RELLI and the tech industry, contributing to detailed social listening and performance reports.
Analyze social media performance to measure the effectiveness of content and engagement strategies, adjusting approaches to optimize results and drive follower growth.
Collaborate with creative teams and external partners to ensure content creation aligns with brand goals and messaging, while also exploring innovative formats for social media outreach.
