Tasks:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Instagram,LinkedIn).
Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that aligns with Dripcycle’s brand voice.
Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, audience feedback, and provide insights to the team.
Support marketing campaigns by researching target audiences, drafting promotional materials, and tracking campaign performance.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute innovative marketing ideas and promotional strategies.
Help manage advertising efforts, including pay-per-click campaigns and social media ads.
Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing and advertising initiatives as needed.
Training:
During this internship, students will receive comprehensive training designed to facilitate their learning outcomes, including:
Initial Orientation: A mandatory general orientation to familiarize interns with Dripcycle’s mission, values, and organizational structure, as well as an overview of workplace expectations and culture.
Weekly One-on-One Mentor Meetings: Regular meetings with a designated mentor to discuss progress, provide feedback, and address any questions or challenges faced during the internship.
Job Shadowing: Opportunities to shadow mentor in various roles within the marketing, providing insights into different aspects of marketing, and social media management.
Workshops and Skills Training: Participation in workshops focused on content creation, social media strategy, and data analytics tools, equipping interns with practical skills applicable to their projects.
Task Overview and Contextualization: Detailed briefings on assigned tasks, including the goals and context of each project to ensure interns understand their contributions to the broader marketing strategy.
Access to Training Literature: Provision of relevant training materials, articles, and resources that cover best practices in social media marketing, advertising, and digital strategy.
Hands-On Project Experience: Interns will work on real marketing projects monthly, allowing them to apply their skills in a practical setting while receiving guidance and support from the team.
