Assist in preparing annual financial planning and pricing for new products/services

The intern will demonstrate their learning outcomes by:
- Providing us with monthly activity report,
- Providing deliverable of specific task, mostly in the form of excel template reflecting the task requirements

Training:

To help the intern achieve the proposed learning outcomes, I will
- Conduct on-site orientations and training, expected twice per week within the first month of the intern period
- Assign tasks for itemizing some overhead costs such as bank fees, marketing, etc.
- Assign activity-based costing task to train the cost allocation principal.
- Assign to conduct basic pricing for some specific products/services; overall financial planning
All assignment are expected to receive monthly progress update

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of the internship, the student will be able to
- Understand the company's overall business model, including services provided, market segments, target clients, vendors, etc.
- Understand the company's overhead cost structure as well as the direct cost structure of the current and prospect products and services
- Prepare a preliminary product pricing proposal;
- Understand the key revenue sources and drivers;
- Prepare a preliminary annual financial planning.
