We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and provide invaluable support to our HR department. Your role will involve performing a variety of administrative tasks, including updating employee records, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Tasks: 

Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms 
Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts 
Screen resumes and application forms 
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates 
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks 
Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department) 
Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days) 
Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies 
Participate in organizing company events and careers days 

1. Assist with Recruitment: Help post job listings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews. 2. Support Onboarding: Prepare materials and assist in onboarding new employees. 3. Update HR Records: Maintain accurate employee information and assist with data entry in HR systems. 4. Coordinate Employee Events: Help plan and organize team-building and employee engagement activities. 5. Conduct Research: Research HR best practices and present findings to improve company processes.

Training; 

Orientation:

. Go over company history, mission statement, clients, goals and vision 

In week 1 the intern will shadow the HR Director during his/her daily activities. 

The intern will go over all training materials 

week 2 

The intern will start to gather payroll data (hours, leaves, etc...)

Schedule Interviews 

1. Recruitment & Interviewing: Training on sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating talent. 2. Onboarding Best Practices: Learn effective strategies for welcoming and integrating new hires. 3. HR Software Training: Gain proficiency in using HR management systems for tracking and reporting. 4. Employee Relations: Workshops on handling workplace concerns and supporting a positive work culture. 5. Labor Law & Compliance: Overview of key employment laws and compliance requirements.

Learning Outcome: 

An HR intern performs various administrative tasks in support of the HR department. They update employee databases, gather payroll data, screen resumes, schedule interviews, post job ads, and assist in preparing HR-related reports. Additionally, they address employee queries, distribute company policies, and participate in organizing company events. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in HR processes, allowing interns to gain a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and contribute to the smooth operation of the department.
