Behavioral Health technician, providing support to the program director and direct care staff as needed to maximize coordination of care and creating effective treatment plans.
· Contacted and reported client medication compliance and responding to emails for follow up appointments.
· Documenting and reporting client satisfaction for program improvements
· Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointment and travel arrangements for program director and clients.
· Successfully prepared reports, letters, spreadsheets, and memos
· Ensure data integrity and confidentiality
· Submit significant and routine paperwork such as: progress notes, incident reports, medication logs, staff change reports and maintenance reports.
· Coming up with knowledgeable material for clients to incorporate in their lives once they are discharged from the facility.
· Providing support to clients in planning, preparing, and serving meals
Tasks:
-Complete Documentation
-Medication administration
-Running Daily Groups (Morning Process, Coping Skills, Journaling, Physical Education, Resident Government)
-Maintaining the Facility up to licensing requirements
Training:
