Afternoon Preschool Teacher (CICE delete)At — Messiah Preschool

Messiah Preschool is looking for a part-time teacher to work our afternoon enrichment program. The applicant must have at least 12 ECE units and experience working with children. Responsibilities include lesson planning and implementing and supervising children during nap and afternoon play times. Hours for this position are 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

Tasks:

Create developmentally appropriate lesson plans for a class of 12 preschoolers.
Teach preschool lessons
Engage in positive classroom management techniques

Training:

Regularly scheduled one-on-one mentor meetings. Guidance on lesson planning, attendance at full staff meetings monthly, collaboration with co-teachers under guidance of mentor.
