As a Business Development Representative at C3 Tech, you will work closely with our sales team, supporting day-to-day tasks and long-term strategies. Tasks:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

\n

Research potential clients using tools like Sales Navigator and create detailed prospect lists.
Identify and qualify leads based on specific criteria and sales goals.
Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct research on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for growth.
Develop and present marketing ideas to align with sales strategies.
Customer Relationship Management:

Support the sales team in managing client relationships by maintaining professional communication via email, phone, or in-person interactions.
Follow up with potential and existing clients to address inquiries, provide updates, and nurture relationships.
Sales and Marketing Strategy Development:

Collaborate with team members to develop and execute sales plans and marketing campaigns.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and materials for client meetings.
Tool Utilization and Reporting:

Use sales tools like Sales Navigator and CRM systems to track progress, document interactions, and manage sales pipelines.
Create performance reports and analytics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and suggest improvements.
Administrative and Support Tasks:

Students participating in this internship will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure the achievement of the outlined learning outcomes. The training includes:

General Employer Orientation (Mandatory):

\n

An initial orientation session to introduce students to the company, its culture, mission, and products/services.
Overview of the sales process and tools used, including Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and other relevant platforms.
One-on-One Mentor Meetings:

Weekly scheduled meetings with an assigned mentor to review progress, discuss challenges, and provide personalized guidance on tasks and professional development.
Job Shadowing:

\n

Opportunities to observe experienced sales professionals in real-time client interactions to gain insight into effective communication and negotiation techniques.
Workshops and Skills Training:

\n

Training sessions focused on specific skills, such as prospecting techniques, effective email/phone communication, market research methodologies, and lead qualification.
Assigned Work Samples and Task Contextualization:

Students will be provided with sample templates and task guides for prospecting, lead follow-up, and marketing ideation.
Detailed explanations of how assigned tasks fit into broader organizational goals to help students understand their impact.
Task-Specific Training and Resources:

Access to literature, guides, and video tutorials on sales tools and methodologies to deepen understanding and application.
