Our fast-growing real estate team is on the hunt for an Event & Marketing Intern to help us run monthly networking events (think coffee shop events + speaker nights with awesome local pros from the industry) — plus plan a monthly team dinner that gives off Work Hard, Eat Well energy.
\ud83d\udc4b What you’ll be doing:
- Designing social posts & email invites that invite people to come
- Coordinating speakers & ordering food for the events
- Scheduling, posting, and keeping our event buzz alive on socials
- Planning once-a-month team dinners (book the spot, wrangle the crew, pick next month’s date)
You don’t need real estate or event experience. Just bring creativity and a love for making things happen.
Tasks:
-Design flyers, social posts, and email invites for events
-Coordinate food and logistics for evening speaker events
-Reach out to and schedule guest speakers
-Create and schedule social media content
-Manage email campaigns to invite attendees
-Reserve restaurants and organize monthly team dinners
-Send reminders and coordinate team dinner attendance
-Assist with event setup and attend events
Training:
-weekly scheduled one-on-one mentor meetings
-job shadowing
-direct contact with business owners to learn business
Learning Outcome:
By the end of the internship, you’ll have hands-on experience planning and promoting professional events from start to finish — including designing marketing campaigns, coordinating logistics, and managing social media strategy. You’ll leave with a solid portfolio of real-world work to lead event projects.
