Opportunity Summary 

Interns are an integral part of the culture of our company and day-to-day operations.

We're seeking young, creative minds who have a desire to work in entertainment marketing, creating everything from trailers and TV spots to promos and sizzle reels.

We're seeking enthusiastic candidates who take initiative to learn and get things done, even when no tasks have been assigned.

Opportunities:

As a Tiny Hero Intern you will be presented with rich opportunities to learn from some of the best in the business. Should you be offered this position you will have ample time dedicated to cultivating specific skills pertaining to the departments you are most interested in.

Tasks:

Participate in scheduling, organizing spreadsheets, and supporting day-to-day company logistics.

Gain an understanding of internal communication, task prioritization, and company workflows.

Industry Education & Development Tasks:
Complete Tiny Hero’s specialized intern curriculum, which includes skill-building workshops, career talks, and hands-on assignments.

Conduct independent and team-based industry research on current marketing trends, campaigns, and competitor strategies.

Maintain awareness of pop culture and emerging entertainment content to inform creative contributions.

Learning Outcome:

Demonstrate applied knowledge of entertainment marketing by contributing to the development and production of editorial materials.

Effectively communicate creative ideas through pitching scripts, look designs, or campaign elements, tailored to a target audience and brand identity.

Utilize industry-standard tools and practices within selected department.

Engage in professional collaboration and feedback loops by participating in team meetings, shadowing industry professionals, and responding constructively to critique.

Apply research and analytical skills to identify and report on current entertainment industry trends and consumer interests relevant to content marketing.

Exhibit professional workplace behavior and communication skills through daily interaction with company leadership.

Understand the workflow and operations of a creative agency by assisting in project coordination, event support, and administrative processes.

Build and maintain professional relationships and networks through guided mentorship, industry events, and collaborative work on real-world projects.

Reflect critically on career goals and industry pathways by completing Tiny Hero’s internship curriculum, including goal setting, skill assessment, and future planning exercises.

Integrate creative and strategic thinking to solve problems, take initiative, and contribute meaningfully even in the absence of assigned tasks.
