Graphic Design InternAt — IMPULSE UNIVERSE

While interning for ANIME Impulse, students will gain hands-on experience with graphic design on a professional level and learn the work that goes into planning, promoting and running an event.

Tasks:

The intern will demonstrate achievement of the learning outcomes by:
1. Refining graphic design skills and insight by working under the direction of ANIME Impulse's creative leads.
2. Learning how to create essential marketing assets for social media and event promotion.
3. Learning how to take direction and working under specific design criteria while meeting time-sensitive deadlines.

Training:

Students will be shadowing our creative leads and receive instruction/direction on how to best curate graphic designs in promotion of ANIME Impulse's convention events.

Learning Outcome:

Upon completion of their internship with ANIME Impulse, the student will be able to:
1. Develop their graphic design skills through social media content creation with the use of programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
2. Utilize social media to its fullest potential as a marketing/business tool
3. Hone their writing and communication skills in preparation for their future careers.
4. Understand how to best curate
