Description Of Tasks

Assist in course implementation, specifically the study abroad logistics and content 

Create and implement a nutrition wellness lesson or activity

Be a resource to enrolled students regarding course content as well as global traveling basics

Training

...provide training via multiple orientations and meetings (both in person and online)
...communicate specific tasks to be completed 
...introduce student to key staff and resources once we arrive in study abroad location
...Provide ongoing feedback as well as objective updates daily during study abroad portion of course.

Learning Outcomes

...be able to create and implement a wellness activity and assist in the grading of student submissions
... be able to monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students to facilitate student learning and development
...be able to facilitate planning and implementation of course activities to engage students and lead to their success
