Training:

Weekly 1v1s with Operations Manager, Weekly team huddle training with other marketing coordinators, which is led by senior team members to review items. Monthly company meetings. Job shadowing with senior marketing coordinators and access to virtual workshops. Will be trained on assigned tasks and practice those tasks before being expected to complete.
