The Sales Enablement Analyst will play a key role in improving how TAG’s sales force accesses, organizes, and reuses critical sales materials, including pitch decks, case studies, and templates. This individual will work directly with TAG’s Managing Principal for Strategy & Business Development and interface with staff across practice areas to assess, streamline, and enhance TAG’s SharePoint-based content management system.
This is a full-time, temporary role ideal for highly organized and proactive early-career professionals interested in marketing, communications, sales, digital asset management, or consulting operations, especially in a global business context.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Helping conduct an audit of TAG’s existing sales enablement content housed in SharePoint
- Recommending a logical file structure and standardized naming conventions for ease of use
- Tagging, dating, and versioning content to ensure consistency and searchability
- Assisting in the development and curation of templates and re-usable sales materials.
- Recommending lightweight governance processes for future content maintenance
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention-to-detail
- Ability to work independently and drive process improvements with minimal oversight
- Experience using or managing digital content in SharePoint or similar platforms
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with a willingness to learn and contribute across the organization
DESIRED FOCUS AND EXPERTISE:
- Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or information systems.
- Interest in business development, sales enablement, or consulting operations
- Experience with knowledge management or document control systems is a plus
- Experience or interest in careers in global business or consulting, especially in the Indo-Pacific Region.
Internships at The Asia Group are paid and include health, disability, commuter, and retirement benefits. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States. For this position, The Asia Group is seeking candidates capable of working 40 hours per week. For this internship, TAG expects to pay a wage of $18.00 – $25.00 USD per hour.

This task strengthens organizational design and process governance abilities.
3. Tagging, Dating, and Version Control of Materials By categorizing and updating files for easier retrieval (e.g., through consistent tags, dates, and version identifiers), the intern demonstrates precision, information architecture fluency, and technical proficiency within SharePoint—core elements of digital asset management.
4. Creation and Curation of Sales Enablement TemplatesThe intern will assist in designing and updating reusable sales templates (e.g., pitch decks, capability statements), gaining practical experience in visual communication, marketing alignment, and strategic sales support tools tailored to client engagement.
5. Drafting Recommendations for Governance ProcessesThe intern will help identify lightweight, sustainable governance models to maintain file organization and content quality long-term. This will involve written documentation and proposals, demonstrating their ability to connect process improvements to organizational needs.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder EngagementThe intern will interface with staff across various practice areas to gather input and feedback on content usage, preferences, and challenges. Hands-On SharePoint and Content Management TrainingInterns will receive targeted instruction on using TAG’s SharePoint system, including uploading, tagging, versioning, and organizing digital content. This includes walkthroughs of file structure logic and standardized naming conventions to prepare them for independent task execution.
3. Weekly One-on-One Meetings with ManagerInterns will have regularly scheduled weekly check-ins with their direct manager to provide mentorship, track progress, address challenges, and contextualize project work. These meetings support personalized learning and professional development.
4. Daily Touchpoints for Ongoing SupportIn addition to formal weekly meetings, interns will benefit from frequent informal check-ins with their manager and team members. These touchpoints ensure consistent feedback, clarification on tasks, and integration into the team’s daily workflow.
