Assist the Events & Campus Engagement Coordinator lead Titan Radio’s physical presence across campus and in-person student outreach.

• Plan and staff campus events, tabling, and live DJ activations

\n

• Coordinate the Street Team and other volunteer support for outreach

\n

• Work with student clubs, campus orgs, and departments to increase station visibility

\n

• Support giveaways and event-based promotions in collaboration with social and sponsor teams

\n

• Maintain tabling kits, signage, and printed materials

\n

• Track attendance and prepare event recaps

\n

\n

Training:

\n

To help the students achieve the proposed learning out comes, I help Students and staff collaborate one on one with department directors to meet weekly, monthly, and semester long goals. Work to improve knowledge and feeling of working in a radio station environment while maintaining a creative space allowing students to take chances and learn techniques to improve the outcome of their product. Practice and repetition to main and grow new found skills with plenty of real world comparable content for their work portfolio.

1. Plan and execute on-campus events and outreach efforts that reflect Titan Radio’s brand.
2. Coordinate volunteer support, including the Street Team, for tabling and activations.
3. Collaborate with student organizations and departments to boost visibility.
4. Support event-based promotions and giveaways in coordination with other teams.
5. Document and evaluate engagement through attendance tracking and event recaps.
