Research assistant will help enter data and clean data files, be involved in planning research activities for the upcoming academic year, and organizing the lab space.

Learning Outcomes  

The student will be able to enter data accurately and quickly, will understand how to set up a data file and code data for future analysis, how to screen data for data entry errors and outliers, and gain insight into the process of coordinating research projects across a multiple-month timeline.

Training  

The research assistant will be trained on data entry methods and best practice, data screening techniques, descriptive statistics, experimental time-lines.

Tasks/Duties  

Data file completion. Data screening analysis. Participation in experimental scheduling. Draft of experimental timelines.
