Opportunity Summary 

The intern will assist in implementing treatment plans and behavior interventions under the supervision of a BCBA/Clinical Supervisor. Responsibilities include observing sessions, collecting data, preparing materials, and supporting children and developmental disabilities in clinical, home, and school settings. The role provides hands on experience in ABA principles, ethical practice, and professional development. 

Tasks:

- Observing and assisting with ABA therapy sessions
- Collecting and recording behavior data under supervision
- Assisting with preparation of session materials
- Supporting treatment implementation as directed by the supervisor
- Participating in team meetings and debriefings
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all client interaction

Training:

The student will receive initial orientation covering company policies, ABA principles, confidentiality, and professional conduct. Training will include shadowing therapy sessions, guided practice in data collection, and participating in debriefings. The intern will meet weekly with the supervisor to review progress, receive feedback, and discuss clinical cases. Ongoing mentorship will include observation, modeling, and constructive feedback throughout the internship.

2. Demonstrate an understanding of ABA principles and intervention strategies.
3. Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and families.
