Technical Services InternshipAt — ACT Entertainment
The ACT Entertainment Technical Services Internship offers an introductory overview of software and hardware support and repair across the ACT Entertainment product range. The intern will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in providing technical assistance and support to customers utilizing our range of software products as well as strengthen communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills to enhance their overall knowledge of the entertainment lighting industry. This role offers the ability to be part-time or full-time working among our software support, hardware support, and fixture support departments.
Tasks:
Assist in MA Software Support cases, diagnose and repair MA consoles, diagnose and repair Ayrton light
Training:
Initial orientation, job shadowing, skill training/curriculum, training course reviews.
Learning Outcome:
Provide basic troubleshooting with ACT Software products
Diagnose and repair basic MA Lighting Console issues
Diagnose and repair basic Ayrton Fixture Issues
