Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce compelling graphics for digital and print media, including social media content, event materials, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on visual branding strategies.
  • Assist in website and mobile app design, focusing on user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
  • Contribute to the development of creative concepts for various campaigns and initiatives.
  • Participate in team meetings to understand project requirements and provide design insights.

Qualifications:

  • Enrollment in a Graphic Design or related degree program.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate ideas effectively.
  • Keen attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
  • Illustration and Photography skills are a plus!

    Tasks

    • Design Social Media Graphics: Create engaging visuals for social media platforms, aligning with brand guidelines.
    • Event Material Creation: Design banners, posters, and digital signage for various events and webinars.
    • Website and App Design Assistance: Support in the design of website and mobile app interfaces, ensuring user-friendly and visually appealing layouts.
    • Marketing Collateral Development: Work on brochures, flyers, and email marketing templates.
    • Branding Projects: Participate in branding initiatives, including logo redesign or brand identity development.
    • Presentation Design: Create visually compelling presentations for internal and external use.
    • Design Research: Conduct research on current design trends and technologies.
    • Collaboration on Campaigns: Contribute to the conceptualization and execution of marketing and awareness campaigns.
    • Portfolio Compilation: Compile and refine personal design work for portfolio development.

    Training

    The team will meet weekly for an all-hands team meeting as well as stay connected via Slack and Google Drive. All deliverables are downloaded and stored in our Company Google Drive.

      • Training on tools and software used (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
      • Basic design principles and brand guidelines overview.

      • Weekly feedback sessions with a mentor to refine skills and techniques.
      • Participation in team meetings to understand project requirements.

    • Project Implementation:
      • Involvement in a significant project, applying design skills in a real-world context.
      • Collaboration with other departments for a holistic view of project development.

    • Portfolio Development and Professional Growth:
      • Guidance on portfolio development, showcasing internship projects.
