Program ManagerAt — A&H Behavioral Therapy
As an ABA Behavioral Therapist, you will work one-on-one with direct supervision with clients to implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and provide support to help them achieve their goals.
Students/interns will be expected to be able to implement Behavior Intervention Plans, be able to effectively collect data and analyze, interact with clients and engage with them, and collaborate with treatment teams.
Training:
Students will receive an orientation and training on data collection applications, shadowing other Behavior Technicians, direct supervision and feedback from supervisors, and other trainings as needed.
Learning Outcome:
The student will be able to identify functions of behaviors, collect and analyze data, work collaboratively with a team, and implement strategies and methodologies of applied behavior analysis.
