Opportunity Summary 

Aclymate is a climate-tech company helping organizations measure, reduce, and report emissions. The Social Media / SEO / Content Intern will support our digital marketing programs while gaining hands-on experience in professional marketing workflows.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create, schedule, and publish content (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Assist with SEO (keyword research, on-page updates, metadata, linking).
  • Draft short-form copy for posts, emails, and landing pages; support blog writing.
  • Conduct industry research on climate/tech trends and competitors.
  • Track performance (reach, CTR, engagement, GA4 basics) and report learnings.
  • Deliver a capstone project: 4-week content + SEO micro-campaign with recap.

Tasks:

• Draft and schedule ~3–5 social posts weekly. • Conduct keyword research and provide SEO recs. • Draft 1–2 blog outlines or posts a week. • Deliver bi-weekly performance snapshots. • Capstone: 4-week campaign plan, execution, and recap.

Training:

• Orientation: brand, tools, workflows, compliance. • Weekly 1:1 mentorship meetings (30–45 min). • Job shadowing: attend team meetings, observe planning/reviews. • Professional development resources (guides, webinars). • Progress reviews: midterm check-in and final evaluation.

Learning Outcome:

By the end of the internship, the student will be able to: 1. Apply SEO and digital marketing strategies in a real business setting. 2. Create social media content aligned with brand and accessibility guidelines. 3. Analyze campaign performance data and recommend optimizations.
