Opportunity Summary 

  • Assist with the creative process for media and marketing projects

Training:

Students will receive an initial general orientation to Media Investments, including an overview of the company’s role in film, television, and media operations. Training will include weekly scheduled one-on-one mentor meetings with the supervisor to review progress, discuss tasks, and provide guidance. The student will also participate in job shadowing to observe the creative process, project coordination, and marketing strategy development. Additional training will include exposure to work samples from past projects, contextualization of assigned tasks within larger campaigns, and access to relevant industry resources and literature. Throughout the internship, the student will receive hands-on training in creative development, marketing support, and project operations to ensure both skill-building and understanding of industry practices.

Learning Outcome:

As a Media Operations Intern, Stephanie will assist with various aspects of ongoing projects, including contributing to the creative process, supporting marketing initiatives, and gaining exposure to the development of media strategies. She will help with project coordination, observe how campaigns are structured, and provide support in areas such as content planning and market research. This role will give her the opportunity to build skills in creativity, marketing, and media operations that will be valuable for her future career.
