Opportunity Summary

Enlarge Media Group is opening up for one internship within our event marketing and media disciplines. We are a creative agency out of Orange County, who has been doing online marketing and social media marketing since before you could have a business page on Facebook. If you are a potential intern you were probably in Elementary school.

Our clients range. From fine dining and event venues to professional services, industrial manufacturers to online direct to consumer skin products; we like to branch out so we aren't competing with ourselves.

As an intern, you will gain exposure and education in several parts of this field.

  • Event coverage and media production
  • Online branding and ad based growth including exposure to the Meta ad platform
  • Team Coordination and Client coordination.

Along with this, we will also give you some in-depth knowledge with respect to online marketing and brand development theory/campaign creation, as this is Enlarge Media's bread and butter.

Student will assist in:

  • Collecting content at customer's events for use online.
  • Online marketing - writing and putting together online ads and social media calendars.
  • Internal Organization and exposure to how an agency like ours organizes itself.

Training:

The start of your internship will include a couple hours of orientation where we take you through the history of Enlarge Media and what our focus/strengths are. From there, the majority of your internship/training will involve short lessons on a certain piece of our process (20-30 min) that goes into what we are working on, why we do it the way we do it. If it involves a specific platform or software, there will be task-oriented training. Additionally you will be sent out into the field to interact with our clients and collect content. Finally, you will shadow your mentor through a series of processes, and eventually will be given pieces to complete on your own.

Learning Outcomes:

  • By the end, you will know what it takes to plan a campaign, what pieces are essential and what people are needed.
  • By the end, you will have some real and resume-ready experience in brand development and marketing team coordination as well as client communication.
