Physical Therapy Technician/Aide 

Tasks:

The student will participate in educating patients on how to complete their exercises, proper use of modalities, clinic cleaning and operational tasks.

Training:

General Orientation, aide training, Modality use, Interventions/exercises.

Learning Outcome:

By the end of the internship the student will be able to identify the appropriate application of modalities.

By the end of the internship the student will be able to collaborate with the treating therapist regarding appropriate interventions for patients.

By the end of the internship the student will be able to improve their understanding of Physical Therapy.
