Behavioral TechnicianAt — Milestones Behavioral Care
Provide one-on-one behavioral services for children with ASD or related disorders to teach communication, social, and daily living skills, and reduce problematic behaviors in the home, community, and school settings while maintaining confidentiality of the person served based on the FBA and progress reports of the person served.
· They will utilize evidence-based interventions developed out of the science of Applied Behavior Analysis; model appropriate behavior techniques to primary caregivers; encourage caregiver’s participation;
· Take behavioral (e.g. frequency, duration, latency, time sampling) and program data every session.
· Upload data at the end of sessions to the One-drive
· Obtain parent signature after each session on time sheets
· Respond to emails within 24 hours on business days
· Redirect family to correct person (administrator, scheduler, supervisor, and consultant) when questions are out of your scope of expertise.
· Cover hours during the hours you agreed to be available
Position Requirements:
· Must have reliable transportation
· No major incidents/convictions
· Have a minimum high school diploma or equivalent
· Pass a criminal background clearance (Live Scan)
· Pass Health TB clearance
