This position is considered a non-exempt position for purposes of federal wage-hour law, which means that you will be eligible for overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 40 in a given workweek, unless applicable state law requires different or more frequent provision of overtime payments. The internship generally has an expectation of 40 hours per week during typical business hours, Monday through Friday. Overtime
hours may also be required.
