Opportunity Summary 

Job Overview:

As a Para-Planner you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive excellent service, and supporting their needs to drive satisfaction and retention. You will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication, timely issue resolution, and the successful delivery of products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any client issues, acting as a proactive problem solver to prevent potential challenges.

 

  • Client Retention: Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional service, addressing concerns quickly, and helping clients achieve their business goals.

 

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure client needs are being met effectively.

 

 

  • Reporting & Analytics: Provide clients with regular performance updates, reports, and feedback on service levels and outcomes.

 

Additional Attributes:

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling changing client priorities.

Tasks:

Speaking with investment companies and completing a file review.
creating a wealth analysis for delivery to client
sitting in a client meeting taking notes and reporting back to advisor on follow up items that need to take place after meeting is concluded with client.
working with client calls and needs.

On boarding general orientation
financial planning software
investment company knowledge
meet with veteran wealth advisors weekly
