Preceptorship/Internship

Tasks:

Duties assigned pertinent to Medical Assistants and initial understanding of the role of PA's in medicine and specifically to Dermatology.

Training:

Daily interaction with Patients, Administrative staff and Providers (Physicians and Physician Assistants). Weekly discussions to ensure learning objectives are met, Monthly Performance reviews.

Learning Outcome:

1 Understand the basis of healthcare
2 Proficiency in Medical History taking and exam
3 General Dermatologic concepts and care
