Software Engineering/IT InternAt — NovaWurks, Inc.

This position will require the intern to maintain and modify application software for flight systems, ground systems, and development tools and infrastructure. The role includes understanding and creating broad infrastructure and system architecture as well as hands-on code development.

Tasks:

Attend design meetings, implement identified solutions, create software tools, review code

Training:

Scheduled one-on-one check-ins will be conducted once per week and leadership will be accessible at any time to help guide the intern.

Learning Outcome;

By the end of the academic internship, the student will be able to architect a large, interconnected system of services, and will have a better handle on creating software solutions from scratch in a number of programming languages.
