Opportunity Summary 

Internship Overview:

  • Designing promotional and informational event graphics weekly
  • Assist in the creation of visual content for digital and print materials, adhering to brand guidelines and overall messaging
  • Collaborate with both the Marketing and Logistics teams to develop compelling assets for internal and external use
  • Work closely with team members to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery
  • Assist with the filming and editing of social media video content
  • Provide on-the-ground support before, during, and after event days
  • Maintain organized files and documentation for all design work

Tasks:

Students will create graphic design assets for digital and print, including marketing materials, social media graphics, and event collateral. Duties include interpreting creative briefs, applying brand guidelines, revising designs based on feedback, and preparing final files. Interns will collaborate with team members, participate in design reviews, and contribute to active projects requiring professional-level creative and technical skills.

Training:

Students will receive an initial employer orientation covering company policies, brand guidelines, and workflow processes. Training will include job shadowing, guided review of work samples, and hands-on skills training using industry-standard design tools. Interns will participate in weekly one-on-one mentor meetings for feedback, progress reviews, and goal setting, with ongoing support and contextual guidance for all assigned tasks.

Learning Outcome

Gain hands-on experience creating visual assets for digital and print, including social media graphics, marketing materials, and event collateral.

Learn to collaborate with marketing and creative teams to translate brand guidelines and project goals into effective design solutions.

Develop proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar) through real-world projects and feedback.

Build a professional portfolio by contributing to live campaigns and refining designs through iteration, critique, and revision.
