Marketing InternAt — Echo Marketing
This internship is designed for students and recent graduates who want real-world marketing experience - not busywork. As a Marketing Intern at Echo Marketing, you’ll be treated as a contributing member of the team and given meaningful responsibilities across campaigns, content, and client projects.
We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, asks thoughtful questions, and takes initiative. This role is best suited for a self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do; instead, they look for ways to add value, improve processes, and proactively support the team. You’ll be encouraged to speak up, share ideas, and take ownership of your work.
We also understand that many early-career professionals seek structure, mentorship, and transparency. You’ll receive clear expectations, regular feedback, and direct access to experienced marketers who want to see you grow. You should be comfortable receiving constructive feedback, engaging in open dialogue about it, and applying it to improve future work.
At the same time, this internship requires accountability, professionalism, and follow-through. You’ll learn how to manage deadlines, communicate in a fast-paced agency environment, and balance independence with collaboration.
If you’re curious, motivated, open to feedback, and eager to learn how marketing actually works in practice, this internship will challenge you in the best way - and set you up with skills you can carry into your career.
We offer flexible options to accommodate both academic requirements and paid work preferences. Candidates may participate under one of the following structures:
- Academic Credit Internship (120 Hours): Eligible students may complete 120 hours for academic credit in alignment with their school’s internship requirements. Upon completion of 120 credit hours, interns will transition to a paid internship at $16.90/hour, provided they continue in the program.
- Paid Internship: Interns who do not require academic credit or have already completed their academic requirements will be hired directly into a paid internship at $16.90/hour (minimum wage).
