Internship Overview:
Integrity Media Corp is an award-winning video production company specializing in commercials, branded content, and documentary filmmaking. We are seeking a motivated Production & Photography Intern who is eager to learn the fundamentals of professional production in a real-world environment.

Tasks:

On-Set Production Functions & Learning Areas
Assist with lighting setup and breakdown, including interview, studio, and location lighting
Learn basic lighting theory (key, fill, backlight, practicals, modifiers)
Support camera and photography setups, including lenses, framing, and composition
Assist with audio setup, including lav mics, boom mics, and basic sound checks
Learn on-set sound etiquette and best practices for clean audio capture
Support the Director and Producer during shoots
Observe and assist with directing talent and interviews
Learn how to coordinate on-set logistics, schedules, and shot flow
Assist with shot setup, slate, and continuity awareness
Help manage production gear organization and inventory
Learn set etiquette, communication, and workflow on professional productions
Assist with location prep, load-in, and load-out
Observe and participate in creative decision-making during production
Learn how productions move from pre-production to production to post-production
Gain exposure to commercial, branded, and documentary production environments

Training;

Training & Supervision
The intern will be trained through hands-on, experiential learning on active productions under the direct supervision of experienced producers, directors, and cinematographers at Integrity Media Corp.
Training will include:
On-set mentorship, where the intern works alongside professionals during real shoots
Step-by-step instruction in lighting, camera, sound, and production workflows
Observation followed by guided participation, allowing skills to build progressively
Direct feedback during and after shoots to reinforce learning and improve technique
Exposure to pre-production planning, on-set execution, and post-production review
Increasing responsibility as skills and confidence develop over the course of the internship
The intern will not be performing clerical or administrative work, but will be actively engaged in creative and technical production tasks.
