Opportunity Summary 

Position Overview

The Event Services Management Trainee (MT) program is designed to develop future leaders within Allied Universal Event Services. This role provides hands-on training in event security operations, staff supervision, client relations, and business management. Trainees will gain practical experience across multiple venues and events while building the leadership and operational skills necessary for advancement into management roles.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of event security operations
  • Support scheduling, staffing, and deployment of event personnel
  • Monitor event activities to ensure safety, security, and client satisfaction
  • Conduct post-event debriefs and identify areas for improvement

Leadership Development

  • Supervise event staff, including ushers, guards, and supervisors
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
  • Lead by example in professionalism, appearance, and customer service

Client & Customer Relations

  • Interact with clients, venue management, and event organizers
  • Address customer service issues and resolve complaints in a timely manner
  • Ensure a positive guest experience while maintaining security standards

Training Components
Event Security Operations Training
Hands-on training in crowd management, access control, emergency procedures, and event deployment strategies across various venue types.
Leadership & Supervisor Development
Structured training focused on team leadership, conflict resolution, coaching techniques, and performance management within Allied Universal operations.
Systems & Administrative Training
Instruction on internal systems including scheduling software, timekeeping/payroll processes, incident reporting, and compliance procedures.
