What They’ll Do
You will transform EMN’s best ideas into discoverable, shareable moments that drive newsletter subscriptions, podcast listens, and sponsor value. You’ll repurpose articles and episodes into short posts, threads, quote cards, and audiograms; test hooks and CTAs; maintain a consistent cadence; and report what actually moves the needle.
- Produce 3–5 social assets per week across priority channels (posts, carousels, short clips, audiograms, quote cards).
- Write platform-specific copy with irresistible hooks and clear CTAs to EMN’s
Substack/podcast. - Schedule content, tag links with UTMs, and track performance in a simple analytics dashboard.
- Run controlled growth experiments (headline A/B, share prompts, referral nudges, timing tests).
- Maintain a reusable template system (visuals and copy swipes) so the next intern ramps fast.

Training:
This role makes you employment-ready as a Social Content Specialist. You’ll leave with a live portfolio (clips, carousels, audiograms), real metrics (CTR, completion, follower growth), and a repeatable system you built. Expect candid coaching, high standards, and public-facing work you’ll be proud to showcase.
