Opportunity Summary 

Assisting with marketing campaigns and content development

Supporting internal coordination and project-based initiatives

Learning how to offboard psychological evaluation reports prepared by staff

Assisting in formatting and organizing reports to align with U.S. professional, clinical, and documentation standards

Tasks:

Assist in the offboarding and coordination of psychological evaluation reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely processing
Format and organize clinical documentation in accordance with U.S. professional and ethical standards. Review psychological reports to ensure clarity, consistency, and correct formatting.

Support communication and coordination between clinicians and administrative staff throughout the evaluation process. To ensure reports are distributed accordingly.

Conduct market research to identify potential partners (e.g., clinics, agencies, legal professionals) within the healthcare and psychological services sector.

Support development of marketing materials and professional outreach content tailored to clinical services. Assist in implementing outreach strategies and engagement efforts across platforms. (e.g., LinkedIn, professional networks)

Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration, contributing updates and supporting project coordination.

Apply knowledge from psychology coursework to real-world clinical and operational tasks.

Training:

Orientation: Introduction to PECGNA’s services, clinical workflows, documentation standards, confidentiality, and workplace/emergency procedures.

Initial Training: Guidance on psychological report formatting, on- boarding, offboarding processes, and basic marketing tasks.

Hands-on Learning: Gradual increase in responsibilities with real-world exposure to clinical operations and marketing activities.

Supervision & Mentorship: Ongoing support from clinical and administrative team members.

Daily Feedback: Informal, real-time feedback provided during tasks to support skill development.

Weekly Meetings: Regular Monday meetings for check-ins to review progress, address challenges, and set goals.

Debriefing: Opportunities to reflect on experiences, ask questions, and provide constructive feedbacks.

Learning Outcome:

Foundational knowledge of psychological evaluation processes, including how reports are developed, reviewed, and finalized within a clinical setting.

Hands-on experience in clinical operations, particularly in supporting the offboarding of psychological evaluation reports and understanding clinician workflows.

Exposure to real-world applications of psychology, including how assessments are used in clinical, legal, and professional contexts.

Understanding of marketing strategy and outreach, particularly how to engage clinics, agencies, and partners within the mental health and healthcare industry.
