Brigade Senior LogisticianAt — 1106th TASMG

Will learn how to become the Senior Supply Sergeant for a Brigade size element. Responsibilities will include supervising and managing unit level supply sergeants, property transactions with automated systems, financial liability investigations, property accountability and publication management.

Tasks:

Student will review unit request packets for food, shelter, technical manuals and other training requirements. Student will coordinate with proper authorities to ensure request packets are submitted and accepted by or before due dates.

Training:

Initial orientation will involve the student familiarizing themselves with local regulations and policies to understand the proper workflow. Once familiar with this workflow, the student will have weekly meetings to review current requests and be trained for upcoming training events.

Learning Outcome:

At the conclusion of this internship, the student will be able to properly manage and operate as the Senior Logistician. Tasks include creating new policies, validating food and other requests, leading financial investigations.
