You'll be alongside us — watching, asking questions, and chipping in where it makes sense. Over time you'll start to understand how decisions get made and why.

• Sit in on campaign planning, briefings, and team check-ins
• Watch how we build and schedule content for Instagram and email
• See how we work with press, stylists, and influencers
• Help with small tasks like pulling references, writing captions, or organizing assets
• Join photoshoots and see how creative production comes together
• Get a feel for how we think about the brand — who we're talking to, and how

Tasks:

Conduct a brand audit across all active channels, documenting where tone, imagery, and messaging align or diverge from brand guidelines
Draft original captions, product descriptions, and newsletter copy for team review, iterating based on editorial feedback. Participate in campaign briefings and contribute a written summary of objectives, target audience, and proposed messaging for each project. Propose one original content concept per month, supported by a brief rationale that demonstrates understanding of the brand's audience and standards.

Training:

Training will begin with an orientation, weekly one-on-one training with employees in the marketing department. In addition, training skills to help with work samples and project drafts.

Learning Outcome

Understand how a luxury brand maintains a consistent voice and aesthetic across every touchpoint — from Instagram captions to press outreach to product descriptions.
Learn how a marketing campaign is built from the ground up, including how briefs are written, creative decisions are made, and timelines are managed.
Gain firsthand exposure to how relationships with press, stylists, and influencers are developed and maintained in the luxury goods space.
Develop an intuition for what \\on-brand\\ means in practice — by observing how the team evaluates content, references, and creative work against the brand's standards.
