Opportunity Summary 

Candidate will design and create marketing campaigns for company profile on all social media platforms, ensuring ethical responsibility at all times.  Candidates will also design and create new profile for website design and SEO performance for company current website to ensure outward reach is superseding all others in industry.

Tasks:

1. Learn the control of back end for the company social media accounts, Facetime, Instagram, X, Youtube, Tic Tok
2. Creation and design of weekly campaigns to post both on social media platforms and website blogs
3. Team collaboration via current software like zoom / teams
4. Understand this manufacturing company versus other company or organization types
5. Legal responsibilities for posting on any platform (blind, deafness or other disabilities must be adhered to by law)

Training:

1. Campbell Onboarding and Safety Training
2. Campbell facility tour and training in the manufacturing industry, including but not limited to the various machines and equipment. They will need to understand the business in order to create coordinating campaigns
3. Mentoring with CFO onsite to start and then via zoom meetings thereafter
4. Weekly design creation meetings via zoom for each weekly campaign
5. Team building for idea creation and sharing
6. Review of internship position and job status

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of the academic internship, the student will be able to utilize backend of social media accounts to design and post constant exposure to the public and that of possible prospective customers. Creation of campaigns to bring in awareness and interest to all parties in the manufacturing industry. Backend media and SEO for website design and performance. Utilizing the best search engines and performance structures for website design.
