Opportunity Summary 
  • Develop media strategies based on client goals, target audience, and budget
  • Plan and manage advertising campaigns across platforms such as:

      • Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)

      • Google Ads

      • Print, TV, Radio, and Outdoor Media (if applicable)

    Research market trends, audience insights, and competitor activities

  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize ads for better engagement and conversions
  • Coordinate with creative teams, photographers, videographers, and marketing departments
  • Negotiate media placements and advertising rates with vendors and platforms

Training:

Training will begin with a general employer orientation, including an introduction to the company’s mission, workflow, workplace expectations, communication systems, and overview of advertising and creative production operations. Students will also receive training on workplace professionalism, project timelines, and collaboration within a creative team environment.
Throughout the internship, students will participate in weekly one-on-one mentor meetings with supervisors to review progress, discuss campaign performance, receive feedback, and set weekly learning objectives. These meetings will provide opportunities for personalized guidance and professional development.

Learning Outcome:

By the end of the academic internship, the student will be able to identify target audiences and apply market research techniques to support effective advertising decisions.
By the end of the academic internship, the student will be able to collaborate with creative and marketing teams to coordinate advertising campaigns and branded content production.
By the end of the academic internship, the student will be able to utilize advertising tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics platforms to manage and monitor media campaigns professionally.
