The Digital Communications & Social Media Intern will assist with managing the company's online presence through social media management, customer review management, and digital communication initiatives. Responsibilities include creating and scheduling social media content, monitoring engagement, responding to customer reviews, assisting with online reputation management, maintaining accurate business information across digital platforms, and analyzing engagement metrics. The intern will gain practical experience in digital communications, social media strategy, customer engagement, online reputation management, and professional business communication.
Tasks:
Manage and monitor company social media accounts.
Create, schedule, and publish social media content.

Training:
The intern will receive an initial orientation covering company operations, communication standards, confidentiality requirements, customer service expectations, and social media policies. The supervisor will provide weekly one-on-one mentoring sessions to review social media performance, customer review management strategies, communication techniques, and professional development goals. The intern will receive hands-on training in social media management, online reputation management, customer engagement, content creation, review response best practices, and digital communication strategies. The supervisor will provide ongoing feedback and guidance throughout the internship.
