Creative and design\u2011driven? As a Graphic Design Intern, you will gain hands\u2011on experience supporting visual storytelling and brand communications while working alongside a collaborative agency team.In this entry\u2011level role, you will assist account executives and other team members with creative planning and graphic design needs for agency clients. You will support the day\u2011to\u2011day creation of graphics for public affairs, public relations, communications, event management, marketing, and advertising initiatives.This internship is ideal for someone eager to build design skills, contribute creative ideas, and gain real\u2011world experience producing impactful visuals in a fast\u2011paced agency environment.

Task:
• Graphic Design Strategy
o Meet with creative team to establish goals & messaging
o Craft and design visually compelling & engaging content
o Coordinate with social media team for design briefs
• Graphic Design Implementation
o Create & apply brand/style guides for clients
o Crafting & preparing a design for multiple outreach channels (video, social, print)
• Fielding and processing internal information requests
• Maintaining current work-in-progress records and archives of past project information as appropriate

Each intern completes a simple, semester\u2011long capstone project designed to support professional growth and prepare you for future applications and interviews. Built into the internship experience, the project helps you create practical, polished materials you can confidently use beyond the program.
By the end of the internship, you will have an elevator pitch, a short professional bio, headshots, and a curated portfolio, all developed gradually with guidance and feedback.

Develop and apply visual design concepts that effectively communicate client goals, messaging, and brand identity
Create compelling graphic content for multiple platforms, including social media, digital campaigns, and print materials
Apply brand guidelines and assist in developing cohesive visual identities across client deliverables
Collaborate with cross\u2011functional teams, including social media and account staff, to execute integrated communication strategies
Translate creative briefs into polished design outputs that align with strategic objectives and audience needs
Demonstrate proficiency in preparing design files for various formats and distribution channels
Apply organizational best practices for managing creative assets, project files, and design workflows
