Mortgage Loan AnalystAt — AQHL Bancorp

Mortgage credit analyst for a wholesale mortgage brokerage. Identify qualified borrowers based on their income, assets and credit. Prepare the file for review by a licensed Senior mortgage loan officer. Facilitate administrative tasks from start to finish of the mortgage process.

Tasks:

Outbound and inbound phone skills, build credit profiles, understand loan operating software, cross reference program guidelines.

Training:

Hands on training with senior loan officers. Weekly/daily schedule one on one mentorship meetings, participate in new client meetings and build interpersonal communication skills.

Learning Outcome:

understand how the loan origination process works, build interpersonal sales skills and prepare for the DRE and NMLS licensing examinations.
