Opportunity Summary 

Responsibilities:
• Assist Production Assistants and Bravo teams with various on-air and off-air projects
• Monthly Music Reporting for all on-air deliverables for Bravo shows
• Organize and manage show assets and deliverables via Dropbox
• Organize production trackers in Airtable
• Assist Press leads with creating screeners, pulling press clips and/or images for
broadcast appearances and/or article features for Bravo shows
• Pitch and edit promotional content for on-air and off-air for Bravo shows
• Regulate and arrange asset logs - watching and sorting through Bravo footage
• Be up-to-date with all Bravo content

Training:

The student will receive onboarding and department orientation, training on tools such as Dropbox and Airtable, regular supervisor check-ins, mentorship, and hands-on learning through project assignments, feedback, and job shadowing opportunities. Training will also provide context on production, publicity, and promotional workflows to support professional development.

Learning Outcome:

By the end of the internship, the student will be able to organize and manage production assets and deliverables using industry tools such as Dropbox and Airtable.

By the end of the internship, the student will be able to support production and publicity teams through content organization, research, and project coordination.

By the end of the internship, the student will be able to review, log, and categorize media content to support production and promotional needs.

By the end of the internship, the student will be able to contribute to the creation and editing of promotional content for television and digital platforms.

By the end of the internship, the student will be able to demonstrate knowledge of Bravo programming and television production workflows.
