Opportunity Summary 

Cynergy Professional Systems is offering a part-time Business Development Internship designed for a Business Administration student. The intern will support business development initiatives by assisting with proposal development, strategic partner onboarding, client and market research, and the creation of standardized business development materials. The intern will collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership teams to identify new opportunities, strengthen partner relationships, and support client acquisition and company growth.

Tasks:

  • Assist with developing proposals for government and commercial business opportunities.

  • Support the onboarding and coordination of strategic business and vendor partners.

  • Research prospective clients, partnerships, and new business opportunities.

  • Develop digital templates and standardized materials for proposals, partners, and client communications.

  • Assist with client acquisition and business development initiatives.

  • Maintain organized partner, proposal, and business development documentation.

  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership on growth opportunities and business development activities.

Training:

The intern will receive onboarding covering company operations, business development processes, and government and commercial sales workflows. The intern will work under direct supervision of the CEO and receive ongoing mentorship, task guidance, review of deliverables, and performance feedback. Training will include proposal development, partner onboarding, business development research, and client communication processes, with regular check-ins to review progress and learning outcomes.
