Operations InternAt — HANANO RAMEN USA INC

The Operations Intern will support Hanano Ramen’s restaurant operations through process improvement, inventory management, supply planning, workforce planning, operational documentation, and performance analysis. The intern will work with management and cross-functional team members to identify operational problems, analyze data, develop solutions, and assist with implementing and monitoring improvements. The internship will provide practical experience applying operations and supply chain management concepts in a real business environment.

The Operations Intern will be responsible for:

* Analyze restaurant operational processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
* Assist with inventory tracking, inventory counts, stock-level analysis, and replenishment planning.
* Analyze inventory usage and help identify shortages, excess inventory, and potential waste.
* Support purchasing and supply-planning activities based on operational and inventory requirements.
* Develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for restaurant operations.
* Assist with workforce and capacity planning based on workload and operational demand.
* Collect and analyze operational data and develop KPIs to monitor performance.
* Create and maintain operational dashboards, reports, and management tools.
* Apply continuous-improvement methods to identify root causes of operational problems and recommend solutions.
* Assist management with implementing approved process improvements.
* Monitor results after implementation and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
* Communicate findings and recommendations to the supervisor and relevant team members.

Training:

The intern will receive an initial orientation covering Hanano Ramen’s operations, workplace practices, safety procedures, inventory processes, and current operating procedures.

The supervisor will provide hands-on training on restaurant operations, inventory procedures, operational systems, and relevant business processes. The intern will meet regularly with the supervisor once every week to review progress, discuss operational issues, receive feedback, and receive guidance on internship projects.

The supervisor will review the intern’s analyses, reports, SOPs, and improvement recommendations and provide feedback before major operational changes are implemented.
