Under the supervision of the Director and Lead Teacher, the Teachers Assistant should be able to:

• help in planning and designating activities based on the curriculum.
• supervise and interacts with the children in respectful manner.
• provides a learning and safe environment for the children
• work effectively with other teachers
• Reads and follows the school policies and procedures
