Congratulations! On behalf of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts U.S., Inc., we are pleased to inform you that you have been selected to participate in the Disney College Program at the Walt Disney World ® Resort near Orlando, Florida. The starting rate of pay is $18.00 USD per hour, payable weekly. This offer is for the Disney College Program. You will receive your program itinerary, with your primary role and location assignment, approximately one week prior to the scheduled arrival date. Based upon operational need, you may be placed in roles and/or locations across Walt Disney World that differ from your primary assignment. The following responsibilities may also apply to each role placement:
\uf0b7 Take a proactive role in maintaining Disney brand standards involving Guest service and engagement, conducting necessary housekeeping/custodial procedures including handling chemicals and equipment, and visual storytelling.
\uf0b7 Contribute to a high energy, fast-paced, team environment which may include multi-tasking responsibilities, such as food handling and preparation, adhering to safety and sanitation procedures, cash and cashless transactions, operating Point of Sales and/or sophisticated ride/transportation systems, memorizing and
delivering instructions.
\uf0b7 Flexible to working indoor/outdoor locations, standing for prolonged periods of time, answering questions, providing exceptional Guest service, and being responsive to special Guest requests while ensuring Guest safety at all times.
\uf0b7 Possession of a valid U.S. driver's license may be required for certain roles.
To accept your invitation, please respond to this offer, submit your Program Participation Fee, select your Program Dates, and complete the required information sent in a corresponding email, within seven days of the date of this letter. Your acceptance is not finalized until these three steps are completed. Failure to complete the three steps within seven days of the date of this letter will result in the expiration of this offer.
