Training:
Students will receive structured onboarding and ongoing mentorship throughout the placement to support achievement of the learning outcomes:

Weekly One-on-One Mentor Meetings: Scheduled weekly check-ins with a supervising mentor to review completed work, discuss upcoming assignments, provide feedback, and address questions related to strategy, brand voice, and platform best practices.
Daily Communication: Ongoing daily communication via Slack to provide real-time feedback, task clarification, and support, ensuring the student has consistent access to guidance throughout each work week.
Work Sample Review: Provision of existing client content and brand style guides as reference materials to contextualize assigned tasks and model professional standards.
Contextualization of Tasks: Each assignment is introduced with an overview of the client's goals, target audience, and campaign objectives, so the student understands the strategic purpose behind day-to-day content creation.
