Opportunity Summary 

Internship Position Description

While under direct supervision of an ACES supervisor, interns will observe, participate, and facilitate activities during client 1:1 sessions.

Experience to be Gained

Interns may experience the following, and more, over the course of the internship: 

  1. Data collection of ABA programs
  2. Antecedent-based strategies for behavior reduction 
  3. Consequence-based strategies for behavior reduction
  4. Parent trainings 
  5. Child assessments 
  6. Client progress reports
  7. Creating program goals based on developmental delays

Desired Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have some experience working with children and a desire for a future career with children who have developmental delays, although this is not required.
